We will be notifying school districts of each child that will need bussing to HCA. You should receive home pickup and drop off times from your school district by the third week in August. If you do not receive busing times from your school district by that time, please contact them directly.

Parents shall be notified of the outcome within one week of the assessment’s completion.
If placement is offered, the child’s enrollment shall be confirmed upon receipt of the enrolled fee ($200 per child or $300 per family). This is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied towards the student’s tuition.
Enrollment fees are due within 10 days of the date of placement offer.
