Mrs. Slough

I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the new Music Teacher at Hershey Christian Academy for the 2025–2026 school year. It’s an honor to join this incredible team and have the opportunity to help the next generation connect with God through music.
A little about me: I was raised in a Haitian Christian home in Connecticut, and after attending Liberty University to earn a degree in Management Information Systems, I spent about 10 years working in IT. However, God had other plans, and I felt a calling to ministry. I served as a Worship Pastor during my first year in Pennsylvania, before transitioning into the role of a stay-at-home mom.
During this season, my relationship with God deepened, and songwriting became a way for me to express my faith. I’ve been releasing inspirational music since 2021, and in addition to being a mom to five wonderful kids, I’m also a recording Christian artist and a worship leader at my home church. Now, God is calling me to step out in faith once again, this time as a music teacher.
With a background in piano, violin, and acoustic guitar, I’m excited to inspire and equip our students with the powerful gift of music. I look forward to meeting everyone and embarking on this journey together!
