Parents shall be notified of the outcome within one week of the assessment’s completion.
If placement is offered, the child’s enrollment shall be confirmed upon receipt of the enrolled fee ($200 per child or $300 per family). This is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied towards the student’s tuition.
Enrollment fees are due within 10 days of the date of placement offer.
Prior to the start of school, the following items are needed:
- Birth Certificate
- Physician’s Examination form and Immunizations
- Parents’ Photo ID
- Copy of academic, attendance, & behavior reports from former school, if applicable
- Transcripts (grades 10-12)
If applicable, please also submit:
- Special Education Form / IEP
- Cyber School Transcript
- Home School Portfolio
- Custody Order
